LawnScore helps you plan lawn care using local weather information and recommendations. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the LawnScore mobile application.

Information We Collect

LawnScore may store the following information locally on your device:

• Lawn, yard, and product information you enter
• Lawn care history and notes
• App preferences and settings

LawnScore does not require users to create an account.

With your permission, LawnScore may access your device location to provide local weather forecasts and lawn-care recommendations. With your permission, it may also use notifications for care reminders and forecast alerts.

How Information Is Used

LawnScore uses information solely to:

• Generate weather-based lawn-care recommendations
• Provide forecast and lawn score information
• Send optional notifications and reminders
• Improve the app experience

Data Storage

Your lawn information, care history, notes, and preferences are stored locally on your device unless future cloud-sync features are added.

LawnScore does not currently sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Weather Data

LawnScore uses weather data provided by Open-Meteo to provide forecasts and lawn-care recommendations.

Notifications and Location

If enabled, LawnScore may send recommended care days, forecast updates, and reminder alerts. Location access is optional but recommended for accurate local forecasts. You can disable either permission at any time through your device settings.

Data Deletion

Because LawnScore stores data locally on your device, you may delete your data by removing information within the app or by uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

LawnScore is not directed toward children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
